Spring Flowers

After cherry blossoms, spring gardens are so bright with many sorts of flowers in my neighborhood. Pink large flower below is a peony. My friend’s mother is taking care of it every day. Every year it blooms.  Peony flower has gorgeous big petals. It’s compared to a beautiful girl.

In this morning, I took a walk on a riverbank of Sumida River which is a mother river of Tokyo City. Many flower beds are placed on the riverbank. So colorful and beautiful flowers are blooming to enjoy their spring time. These flowers are planted and taken care by small kids and seniors in the community as their volunteer works. I love these gifts from them.img_6144 img_6143 img_6142 img_6145 img_6146
